Terms of Service

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase from us. If you create any account or provide information, you are responsible for its accuracy and for activity that occurs under it. You may not use the site if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

We sell collectible trading cards (graded and raw) and sealed product. We work to describe items accurately, including set, condition, and — for graded items — the grading company, grade, and certification number. Photos and screen colors are representations and may vary slightly. Raw (ungraded) card condition is inherently subjective. We may change or discontinue any product at any time.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, and may cancel an order and refund any amount charged — including for pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or items that become unavailable. No contract exists until we accept your order.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total, including any applicable taxes and delivery fees. Payment card details are handled by our third-party processor; we do not store full card numbers.

CardTopia currently offers hand-delivery only within the Los Angeles area. At checkout we verify your delivery ZIP is within our service area; orders outside it cannot be completed. Delivery windows are estimates. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery / handoff.

Graded items are sold exactly as encapsulated by the stated grading company; we do not alter slabs. Raw cards are described to the best of our ability and sold as-is. All sales are final — see our Refund Policy.

The site, its content, and branding are owned by CardTopia or its licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws. Pokémon and related names and images are trademarks of their respective owners; we are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company.

You agree not to use the site unlawfully; to infringe others' rights; to transmit malware; to scrape, probe, or overload the service; or to attempt to circumvent its security. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.

We rely on third-party providers for payments, hosting, storage, and email. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services, tools, or linked sites, which you use at your own risk.

Except as expressly stated, the site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardTopia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item at issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CardTopia and its operators from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
